Absolute amazing vet practice and staff. Couldn't recommend them any higher. The treatment my dogs received from James and the team has always been outstanding. Fabulous staff, friendly and always willing to help.

Vet treatment good but overly expensive... I don't understand why a follow up visit consultation should cost almost the same as the original visit..(or at all) Not all vets charge for a follow up and in my opinion this is a way to retain customers. Before I moved to Chiswick my dog was taken care of in Notting Hill in a highly professional and nicer looking clinic that didn't charge for follow up visits..
When I asked the receptionist about it she basically told me that it is what it is and was quite rude and disrespectful by lecturing me about the fact that pet care is expensive and it's not the NHS there. I'm more than aware of a pet health care cost but I think there's a better option than to charge fees over fees for an ongoing treatment..
The receptionist attitude and the expensive fees in this clinic will lead me to look for a different vet.

I have been going to Chiswick Petcare for almost 4years and I am happy with the service from reception, vet nurses and one of the vets Clare who has been great! I will however not be returning because of the other vet James, he has been rude a few times I have visited and the last time was notable...I pay £17 monthly for the 10% club which includes a list of extras and discount on treatments, it also includes nail clipping, I know this because the receptionists have told me, Clare has told me and the vet nurses have told me. James clipped my dogs nails and stood at reception demanding i pay; he was then patronising when i mentioned the 10% club saying the service isn't included, he made me feel like i was pulling a fast one in front of the other customers. I called up recently to book a check-up and nail clip, the receptionist informed me that James had put a note on my record saying that my pet is not to receive free nails clips, this is outrageous and unbelievably petty. My experience of James has been nothing but up-selling products/services that my pet really doesn't need and overall rudeness which is felt by myself and others in the Chiswick dog owners circle.
